This shelving system is comprised of ½” welded steel brackets with a clear coat to protect from rust and the live edge slabs are 1.75” thick red oak. At 8’ long and 10” deep the shelving space is ample but allows for plenty of space for using the countertop. The beauty of this system is its customizable to the space you have and desired look.
Both live edge and dimensional lumber would work on these brackets, giving you a range of style options. You can choose from any number of layers and we have all kinds of live edge and dimensional lumber that could be utilized to get the look you want to achieve.
